Coming Soon! Group therapy can be an excellent and cost-effective way to learn more about yourself and is recommended for many mental health concerns. This group, in particular, brings together women who are working toward having a better understanding of themselves and who are figuring out what living well means to them. This group might be a great fit for you if you are trying to navigate relationships, family issues, or life transitions, or if you are dealing with anxiety, stress, or low self-esteem.
I find that smaller groups tend to lead to the most positive experiences, so I only accept a maximum of six members for this group. I like to speak by each potential member first by phone, and then meet for one full individual session before beginning group. It is important to me that you get the most out of group, and I find that meeting individually allows us to get to know one another and gives us time to figure out what you would like to get out of your group experience.
